Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: March 26, 2026
Last Updated: March 26, 2026
Our Commitment
ClinicTitan, Inc. ("ClinicTitan") is committed to ensuring that our website at clinictitan.com (the "Website") and the ClinicTitan platform (the "Platform") are accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities. We believe that every person deserves equal access to healthcare technology.
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our goal is consistency with the accessibility requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d), Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12181 et seq.), and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 18116), which prohibits discrimination in health programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
Current Status
The Platform is in active development. We are integrating accessibility best practices into our design and development process, including:
Semantic HTML for compatibility with assistive technologies, including screen readers
Keyboard navigation for core functionality
Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines
Alternative text for meaningful images
Form labels properly associated with input fields for assistive technology
Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation
Responsive design across devices and screen sizes
We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit of the Platform. We do not claim full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance at this time. We recognize that gaps may exist, particularly in:
Third-party integrations: Some embedded third-party tools or content may not be fully accessible. We work with our partners to address issues as they are identified, and we evaluate third-party accessibility as part of our vendor selection process.
Live video consultations: Real-time captioning for telehealth sessions is a planned feature and may not yet be available.
PDF documents: Some downloadable documents may not meet full accessibility standards. Contact us if you need an accessible alternative format, and we will provide one within a reasonable timeframe.
We are committed to identifying and addressing accessibility gaps on an ongoing basis and will update this statement as our accessibility posture improves.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our Website and Platform. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need content in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
